Website Guidelines
Member may use the documents listed on the MWPHGL of SC website.  The MWPHGL of SC authorizes you to view, copy, download, and print for lodge use only.  MWPHGL of SC documents (such as public statements, press releases, datasheets etc.) that are available on this web site, are subject to the following conditions:  

• The MW Grand Master must give Permission of Use (PoU)
• Documents CAN NOT be modified

District and Lodge Website Guidelines

District and Local Lodges may build websites in any manner they choose as long as the following conditions are adhered to.

• It MUST have a link to the MWPHGL of SC website clearly listed.  www.mwphglsc.com
• It MUST have current information for all individuals listed on the site(s) at Local, District, and Grand Lodge levels.
• We SUGGEST you add a link to the Grand Lodge Forms page so you can use the proper forms. 
• It MUST NOT contain any personal information, phone numbers and or addresses of members for public viewing.
• It MUST NOT show any ritualistic work by example, photographic, diagram, explanation, in a way shape or form.
• The forms can be Printed  or Downloaded to a computer using MS Office Word 97-2003 software.

Website Approval Process

• Once the site is created it must be approved by the Special Deputy and District Deputy and then forwarded to the Grand Webmaster
• The site will be reviewed and if correct; it will be linked to the Grand Lodge Website as soon as possible.
• It is the responsibility of the District and Local Lodge to maintain the site and inform the Grand Webmaster when the site is no longer on the internet.
